"House, now four flats. Mid 18th century. Yellow brick with red brick dressings. Slate roof. Three storeys in three bays. Pilasters in red brick at extremes of elevation, with roll-moulded plinths. Half-glazed late 20th century central door with a canted bay window right and left."
