Summary

This two storey, two bay house was constructed in 1831. It is built from flint, with gault brick dressings and a gabled slate roof. Other features of the house include sash windows, a dentil eaves cornice and an internal gable-end chimneystack. A datestone remains in the east gable head.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Dated 1831. Flint with gault brick dressings under a slate roof. Two storeys in two bays. 20th century glazed door to right of a 6/6 replacement sash window, both openings under segmental arches. Two similar sashes to first floor. Dentil eaves cornice."
