April 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former rectory. Mainly late 18th century with service wing retaining some evidence of an earlier structure. Gault brick with some red brick to service wing. Slate roofs. Irregular H plan with principal rooms to south block. 2 storeys with a 2½ storey service wing."
