December 1951. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Early 19th century. Brown brick, red brick to rear. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys and dormer attic in two bays plus the bay over the arched passage entrance to right. Panelled door immediately left of passageway under a segmental skewback arch. Ground-floor window left of this is a sash with glazing bars under a segmental gauged skewback arch. Two similar windows to first floor. Gabled roof with one central dormer fitted with two casements. Stack emerges from rear roof slope. Passageway to rear with timber studwork."
