Listing Description excerpt:
"Late 18th century, brick with stippled rendering, two storey, pantile roof, plinth. Three tall sash windows, at first floor, south, with glazing bars, central six-panel door in wood case with panelled reveals and fluted columns.
Numbers 1 and 3 [NHER 12118] and Empsom House form a group."
