Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably early 19th century, three storey, stucco, painted, rusticated first floor, flank pilaster projections, second floor band. Two sash windows at first and second floors, now with centre glazing bars only. Wood shop front. Eaves cornice. Pantile roof."
