Summary

This three-storey brick building probably dates to the 18th century. It has colourwashed walls, flank pilasters, a slate roof and a shop front with deep continuous entablature and central entrance.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, altered, three storey, brick, colourwashed, flank pilasters. Five windows at first and second floors, centre windows with rusticated jambs and keyed flat arches, moulded band or cornice at second floor. Extra windows, left, at each upper floor, above vehicle way through under. Complex eaves projection of headers. Shop front with deep continuous entablature and central entrance, 19th-century altered windows. Slate roof."

This record was originally an erroneous duplicate of NHER 12116, which is for Nos 23 and 24 Market Place but became confused with No 25 due to an incorrectly mapped location.
