September 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Late 18th or early 19th century, brick, creamwashed, eaves soffit, slate roof, hipped. Two sash windows at first and second floors, with glazing bars and gauged flat arches. Ornamental early 20th century shop front."
