September 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
J.M L on east chimney stack. Red brick and flint. Pantile roof. Two storeys. Sashes 1806 with glazing bars. Rubbed brick arch on ground flor. Chimneys on east Gable and at party wall with No 48. Casement in east gable.
