January 1980. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early/mid 19th century. Painted brick front, flint end wall. Low-pitched pantile roof with coped gable end. Bracketted eaves. Two storeys. First floor 3 sash windows with margin panes and flat brick arches."
