September 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Early 19th century Colourwashed flint with brick dressings. Tiled roof. Two storeys. Two sashes with glazing bars. Half-glazed entrance door, I.h. side. Rendered plinth. Brick dentil eaves. Included for group value.
