Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century, possibly earlier core, but much altered. Brick and flint with steep pitched pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Parapetted gables with brick tumbling. Chimney stacks and Eeast and west gables. Brick dentil eaves. Modern casement windows. Blocked attic windows in gables. Later 2 storey gabled wing to south."

The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in September 1983, this record was located at TG 06999 40362. This incorrectly placed it at The Watering, Cley Road, Holt. It has been moved approximately 613m to the east-north-east of this point and is now located at TG 07576 40568, Lawn Farm House, Cley Road, Holt.
