Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century. Colourwashed brick, grey pantile roof. Two storeys. Sashes with glazing bars, blocked central opening at floor level. Doorcase with scroll brackets, r.h. side. Later shopfront to No 49. Coped and parapetted gable to east with line of earlier gable with tumbling still evident. Two gable chimney stacks."

The location of this building has been corrected. Previously it was mapped as a point at TG 0792 3882 due to an erroneous grid reference associated with (S1).
