June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century, two storey, two near flush frame sash windows, at each floor, with glazing bars. Stucco, lined and painted. Pantiles. Cast iron ornamental railings and wood fence to garden.
All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West side) form a group and also with Yew Tree House adjoining [NHER 41170]."
