Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, flint, with brick dressings including some tumbling at gable. L-shaped plan. Toothed eaves band. First floor band. Pantiles. Two storey, two flush-frame sash windows, at first floor, now with centre glazing bars only. Ground floor, two sash windows and entrance with wood case with scroll consoles. Plinth."
