June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century, white brick front, two storey, three sash windows at first floor with glazing bars. Slate roof. Wide eaves soffit with plain brackets. Six-panel door. Greek Doric porch with fluted columns. Said to include earlier work."
