Information from (S1).

An attachment at the northeast end of this building, which is now part of Thursford Museum, contains limestone blocks including some carved with blank tracery, clearly reset. These are detailed in the report on site 32866 by B Cushion . They were previously thought to be 19th century Gothic Revival carvings from Thursford workhouse, but the report questions whether they may be genuine and perhaps from the rectory that stood nearby. It is quite possible that there may be a third origin and that they were imported to the site as curios in the 19th century.
