August 1980. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century, a refronting and conversion of part of a 16th century barn belonging to Great Yard House. Two storeys with lean-to outbuildings at rear. One window each. Pantile roof with original corbelled parapet to gable at west and plain verge to east gable wall."
