Summary

The Lodge to Warham House is a former Leicester Estate cottage, and was built around 1840. This two storey building is arranged in two bays and is constructed of flint with gault brick walls and a roof of red pantiles.

Listing Description:
The Lodge to Warham House, The Street.
Cottage, around 1840. Flint, gault brick walls. Roof red pantiles. Two storeys, two bays. Casement windows, 20th century, under brick arches, quoined surrounds. 20th century door and doorcase, neo-Georgian. Plat-band string course at first floor. Quins, dentil cornice. Hipped roof, central stack.
Lodge to Warham House. Details identify as former Leicester Estate cottage.
