Early/mid 19th century. Stuccoed. Hipped pantile roof. 2 storeys. 2 windows. Two 2-storeyed splayed bays of sashes without glazing bars, with cornices. Central pilastered doorcase with cornice and rectangular fanlight, modern glazed door. New Street elevation at rear (south) 2 storeys, 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars, central doorway with entablature, glazed door and rectangular fanlight.
All listed buildings in West Cliff form a group together with all listed buildings in Jetty Street, High Street and Jetty Cliff.
