Adjoins rear of No 54. 17/18th century rendered brick. Gable-ended pantile roof. Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Two windows, sashes with glazing bars; right hand 1st floor modern metal-frame casement. Modern boarded gabled porch. Interior: ovolo moulded ceiling beams.
