Summary

This well head is of brick, and dates to the mid 19th century. It has a metal sheet roof and is hexagonal in plan, with a plain boarded door and an iron winch handle.

Well head approximately 15 metres west of Spring-well Cottages, Springwell Road.
Roofed well-head. Mid 19th century. Brick with metal sheet roof. Hexagonal in plan. Plain boarded door and iron winch handle. Steeply pitched octagonal roof with finial.
