Summary

This house dates to the early 19th century. It is made from flint with brick dressings and brick facades and has black pantile roofs. The main block is square in plan with a service extension and outbuildings to the rear. The building stands two storeys high. The southwest facade is of three bays of sash windows with glazing bars beneath skewback arches. The ground floor windows are recessed within semicircular heads containing arches. The central panelled door lies beneath a semicircular traceried fanlight and a rubbed brick arch of two orders. The southeast façade is identical and has a hipped roof with eaves. A contemporary flint extension of two storeys with three original first floor windows has been added to the southwest facade of two-lights with mullions, transoms and metal casements beneath cambered arches. There are modern window replacements to the ground floor. A series of attached outbuildings have been noted.
