Summary

This estate cottage dates to the mid 19th century. It is flint-built with gault brick dressings and a slate roof with gabled ends. It is laid out in a symmetrical facade of three bays; each with three-light casement windows with glazing bars and four-centred arched heads in chamfered gault brick surrounds. The roof has two chimney stacks with twin octagonal shafts, moulded tops and bases.
