Summary

This property was constructed in the early 18th century as two cottages, but has since been converted to one property. It is timber-framed with clay lump infill, and is situated on a brick plinth with a thatched roof. There is a one bay addition to the east of the late 20th century, which is weatherboarded and thatched.

Low Common Cottage, Thompson.
"Two cottages, now one. Early 18th century build. Timber framed with clay lump infill on brick plinth and thatched roof. One and a half storeys. Door left of centre. Three renewed casements to right in original openings. One small window to left."
