Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 17th century altered, two storey three windows, sash, at first floor with glazing bars and flat arches stuccoed as voussoirs. Rusticated quoins of stucco to red brick 1st floor. Coupled brackets at eaves. Machine tile roof. Wood shop front with glazing bars, pilasters and central entrance.
Nos 13 to 19 (odd) [NHERs 46781, 40232, 40231 and 40230] form a group with Nos 11 to 13 (consec) Market Place [NHERs 39686, 39687 and 46781]."
