Listing Description:
1859, carstone with buff brick dressings. Front with elongated columns of stucco, painted. Slate roof. Tall casements with flat heads, including return, west. Former Methodist Church, Sunday School, Library, No 71 and Boundary Walls form a group and also with Nos 1 & 3 Railway Road.

The building is also known as 'Mount Tabor'. The pedimented front has giant attached columns (capitals destroyed) flanking the central doorway.
