November 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
1823 and initials WR on twin gables east. Pale brick. Pantiles. 3 storey. 5 sash windows at 1st floor, now with centre glazing bars only. 3rd storey windows now blank. 1st floor band. 2nd floor cill band. 3 entrances. Plain parapet. Front wall, right, buff brick, with wept cope and square piers with sculptured eagles.
