Listing Description Excerpt:
"Barn, 18th century. Coursed and galletted carstone blocks, red brick dressings, pantiles. Three steads, gable parapets, dentil cornice. Large central opening; flanking steads with red brick quoined vertical stripe incorporating square honeycombed ventilation opening. East gable with similar quoined stripe and ventilation opening."

October 2011. Historic Building Recording.
A survey of the barn was undertaken ahead of proposals to extend and convert the barn in a residential dwelling.
The barn is visible on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map (1879-1886) and was historically used to house cattle.
