Summary

Nos 11, 13 are a pair of late 18th century red brick houses of Flemish bond brick with a red pantiled roof. These two storey houses are of two bays, each with a single ground and first floor flush wooden-framed sash window. There is a central party-wall stack attached at the south to No 9, which is an early 19th century house of coursed and squared rubble carstone blocks with brick dressings and a red pantile roof.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"No. 11, 13: Late 18th-century pair, red brick, Flemish bond, red pantiled roof. Two-bay, two-storey houses…Four purlin-irons at first floor. Central party-wall stack.
Attached at south No 9 (Jasper Antiques): early 19th-century coursed, squared rubble carstoneblocks, brick dressings. Red pantile roof…Ground floor three-bay shop front, two Gothic arches, simple four-centred tracery to door and windows, entablature and cornice above. Stack behind ridge. Included for group value."
