September 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
Wilwyn, Surrey Street.
"House. Early 18th century. Brick, roughcast to front, with pantiled roof. One storey and attic. 20th century porch right of centre. Late 19th century sash to right and casement to left of similar date, both with rendered surrounds. Original second door removed from centre."
