August 2009. Building Survey.
Recording undertaken prior prior to redevelopment of outbuilding.
The building is 18th century date and appears on the ordnance survey 1st edition maps. The building was originally constructed as a carriage house possibly in the mid-18th century with attached stabling and a fodder store located above the stable. The building was altered in the mid-19th and 20th centuries.
