October 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farmhouse, around 1660 on bank of Old Croft River extended and altered 19th and 20th century. Soft, red brick with thick mortar courses, English bond. Slate roof, originally thatched with saw tooth eaves cornice and end parapets on kneelers of moulded brick. Two storeys and attics."
