Summary

This pair of semi-detached houses date to 1862. They are made from whole flints with gault brick dressings and have slate roofs. Their symmetrical facade of two storeys is divided into four bays by brick pilaster strips, doubled at the centre and ends of the elevation and with trefoil heads. The cottages have a brick eaves cornice below the gabled roof which has a central ridge chimneystack with three pairs of diamond flues on square plinths.
