October 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Cottage. Mid-to-late 18th century. Built as a tea-room and organ room with pleasure grounds for Catherine Styleman (1724-1793) who married in 1752 Nicholas Styleman (1721-1788) of Snettisham Old Hall. Coursed, squared carstone, some rubble faced blocks standing proud of wall-line, perhaps as part of dovecote role."
