Full Description
June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Mid 18th century front to a 17th century core. Red brick. Plaintile roof. Two storeys and dormer attic in four bays. Plinth course. Panelled door left off centre in panelled reveals. Doorcase of fluted Corinthian pilasters supporting open pediment above a block architrave. Seven-vaned fanlight."

This was the family home of the Whincop family in the 19th century. Robert Whincop was the Town Clerk in the late 18th century and became the first clerk to the Paving Commissioners in 1803.
