June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Shop with flat. Late 18th century. Brown brick, rendered and whitewashed to ground floor. Slate roof. Three storeys in three bays. 20th century shopfront to right of carriage entrance to rear. Platband at first floor. First and second-floor sashes with glazing bars and gauged skewback segmental arches."
