December 1951. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Offices. Early 19th century. Gault brick with rendered quoins and details. Asbestos tile roof. Three storeys in three bays. Central doorway with rendered architrave and hood on reeded scrolled consoles. Windows are sashes, those to ground floor without glazing bars, remainder with one each. Gauged skewback arches and brick keystones. String courses between both upper floors. Parapet conceals sloping roof."
