March 1985. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. About 1830. Gault brick, black glazed pantiles. Three-storey, two-bay house with archway opening to east. Ground floor and first floor single sash, second floor two sashes, all wth glazing bars, under segmental rubbed brick arches."
