Summary

An 18th century house and shop with a pilastered 18th century doorway and an early 19th century shop window. The exterior house is plastered and rendered, and may conceal a timber frame.

June 1953. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House and shop. 18th century, painted rendered plaster, possibly on timber frame, red pantiles...House has two ground and two first floor sashes with glazing bars, central part glazed door c.1900.
Shop...has four-light early 19th-century shop window with glazing bars, moulded architrave surround with corner paterae. One first floor sash above. Shop door late 18th-century, has pilastered architrave with fluted capitals...Moulded brick eaves cornice, 20th-century central ridge stack."
