Summary

This barn dates to the early 18th century. It is built from brick with a pantile roof. It has only a single storey and is set on a brick plinth. The central full height steel double doors are flanked by stepped buttresses with tumbling. A hipped wagon entrance exists to the rear.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Barn. Early 18th century date. Brick with pantile roof. One storey on brick plinth. Central full height steel double doors flanked by stepped buttresses with tumbling. One window to left and right, both with glazing bars and segmental arches. Gabled roof. Plinth course continues into returns. Set-offs at eaves line."

1995; Listing description still correct – in addition there is a blocked window on the north gable, both gables have clamp iron in the form of letters W S, and an attached brick shed has R F. Interior not seen but said to contain only two tiebeams.
Residential conversion was proposed at the time.
