Listing Description excerpt:
"House and shop. Probably early 18th century in origin, c.1900 details. Squared stucco first floor. Two storeys, three bays. Ground floor has c.1900 shop front with plate glass windows with moulded dividing piers, top lights, canted ends and centre, recessed door. Three first floor sashes with glazing bars."
