Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now offices. Dating to about 1700. Brick with slate roof. Two storeys in seven bays. Western two bays at ground floor swallowed by 19th-century extension to No 4 [NHER 47032]. Doorway in third bay (from right): door with applied boarding under an open pediment hood on console brackets...Timber eaves cornice. Gabled roof with ridge stack left of centre. North side (rear) constructed against Duke's Head Hotel [NHER 5527]."
