"2 houses and shop. Mid 18th century. Whitewashed brick and carstone with pantiled roofs. House east of Australian House: 2 storeys in 3 bays. Central 20th century door under pedimented hood flanked by 1 20th century window each side. 3 18th century casements first floor."
