Summary

Birdbeck Farmhouse has a stone plaque dated 'C.F.D. 1742' reset into the rebuilt 19th century street façade. The original building had one storey with attics and tumbled parapet gables built in local brown brick and gault brick with a slate roof.

"Farmhouse with stone plaque dated 'C.F.D. 1742' reset in rebuilt 19th century street facade. Original building one storey with attics had tumbled parapet gables. Local brown brick and gault brick. Slate roof with end stack to south and ridge stack. Three unit plan, two storeys."
