Listing Description excerpt:
"House of about 1840. Gault brick with slate roof. Two storeys in three bays. Central panelled door within timber doorcase below flat entablature...Hipped slate roof. Three sash windows to first floor also with glazing bars and beneath gauged skewback arches. Timber eaves cornice below hipped roof. Two stacks on rear roof slope."
