Summary

The white brick and carstone panel town hall was designed by J.J. Johnson of London and built in 1887 in free Renaissance style. The front rises to a cupola with a weather vane.

Listing Description:
1887 by J.J. Johnson of London, white brick with small carstone panels, free Renaissance style. Asymmetrical front with centre rising to cupola with vane. East face, to Market Place, 2 storey, 5 windows, also with central entrance. Slate roof.
