Early 18th century with mid 19th century red brick front with parapet and modillion cornice; 2 storeys and attic. Four 1st floor sashes without glazing bars, flat brick arches. Ground floor left large doorway with plain surround and cornice on ornate console brackets; rectangular fanlight and panelled and glazed door. Right hand modern shop front. Three flat-roof attic dormers. Steep gable-ended roof with black-glazed pantiles. The south end is flint and brick.

Proposed conversion to a religious retreat, which would involve the demolition of two modern single storey extensions and the construction of single storey covered open walkway. Internal rooms will be reinstated by the addition and removal of walls.
