February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century with later 19th-century wing on north (left). Roughcast. L-shaped on plan. Right hand projects with steep pantile roof with parapet gable end facing street; two storeys. Right hand two 1st floor sashes one with margin lights, and ground floor projecting Victorian shop front with pilasters and entablature with heavy cornice. Left hand projecting gable, first floor one window, ground floor two windows, sashes without glazing bars."
