Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Grey brick. Black-glazed pantile roof; three storeys. First and second floors three windows, sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor projecting early 20th-century shop front with entablature and left hand doorway with large broken pediment on fluted brackets."
